TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear friends,
We make every part of services and efforts to provide you with the best trip in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times. We don’t have any hard rules to struggle you…
But we request you to keep the following instructions…

Transportation :

	The seat numbers will be allotted as per the priority basis of your bookings.
	In case of breakdown happens to the vehicle on the way, minimum 40 minutes time is required to continue the journey.
	Any damages caused by you to the coach during the travel shall be payable by you and the company will not be liable for the same.
	There is a strict no smoking, consuming alcohol and eating policy in the coaches.
	If passengers are carrying any high value items on the coach, company advices you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. All baggage and personal effects are at all time and in all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of any items from the coach.

Accommodation:

	Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are solely at the hotelier's discretion, dependent upon factors such as weather conditions, local systems, tour type, etc. Triple rooms are not larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin bedded room.
	Incase of unavailability of rooms in our participant Hotels; similar category Hotel will be provided by us with prior information.
	All of our participant Hotels do have locker facility on request. Our tour company will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss of your items from the hotel rooms during the stay.
	Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages and food not on the menu, optional excursions, excess baggage fees, shopping, paid toilet, etc. are all items of a personal nature. These extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel or restaurant. They are payable by passengers and the company will not be liable for the same.

Food:

	You are requested to inform us, weather you prefer Vegetarian or Non vegetarian food.
	If you prefer Vegetarian food, we will provide you the same.
	Breakfast and Dinner will be provided only in the restaurant of the Hotels where you stay. Hence, any food which you are having in your room or any outside Restaurant will not be considering as the food, which includes in the package.

TERMINATION from the Trip.

If any of the passenger; Harassing/Misbehaving/Abusing the co-passengers; those one will be terminated from the Tour with immediate action.

Cancellation	before 60 Days of departure	Rs: 750
Cancellation	before 50 to 60 Days of departure	Rs: 1500
Cancellation	before 40 to 50 Days of departure	Rs: 2500
Cancellation	before 30 to 40 Days of departure.	Rs: 3500
Cancellation	before 20 to 30 Days of departure.	20 % of the chosen Package
Cancellation	before 10 to 20 Days of departure.	40% of the chosen Package
Cancellation	before 5 to 10 Days of departure.	50% of the chosen Package
Cancellation	before 1 to 5 Days of departure.	70% of the chosen Package

NB: Cancellation charges will apply on the total tour price without discount.

Discount Schemes

	10 % Discount will be provided to the corporate clients those, whom are viewing this website and done booking directly through our Email Reservation System*.
	10 % Discount will be provided to Govt. Officials, Indian Army officers (on any rank) & N.R.I citizens those, whom are viewing this website and done booking directly through our Email Reservation System.
	10 % Discount will be provided to those, whom are viewing this website and done booking directly through our Email Reservation System prior 30 Days of your arrival.
	8 % Discount will be provided to those, whom are viewing this website and done booking directly through our Email Reservation System prior 20 Days of your arrival..
	5 % Discount will be provided to those, whom are viewing this website and done booking directly through our Email Reservation System prior 10 Days of your arrival.

Points to be Noted:

	All these Discount Schemes will be subject to change; and never have any chance to increase the Offers.
	The Rates & Offers are fixed. Hence Bargaining is strictly prohibited.
	If you have booked the Package through your local Travel Agent, none of the above discount will be applicable.
